How a visit works.

  1. 1.Arrive a few minutes early

Time to settle in, hang up your coat and have a glass of water.

  2. 2.A quick check-in

Every session starts with how you are today, even on a regular visit.

  3. 3.Pressure checked as you go

Say if anything is too much, or not enough. The session is yours.

  4. 4.Pay at the end

By card or cash, or with a gift voucher.

Before you book.

How firm will the pressure be?

As firm as you like, and no firmer. The pressure is agreed before you start and checked as the session goes on, so you can ask for lighter or deeper at any point.

How often should I come?

There is no set answer. Some people come once as a treat, others every few weeks through a training block. You get an honest view at the end of each session, never a package to sign up to.

Will I feel sore afterwards?

Everyone experiences massage differently. Tell Alex about your concerns before the session, and ask to change the pressure or stop whenever you need to. Any aftercare is discussed with you in person.

Can I have a massage while I am pregnant?

Speak with Alex before requesting a session. You can discuss positioning, your comfort and any guidance from your maternity team before deciding whether to go ahead.

Found the treatment for you?

Choose a day and time online, and Alex confirms it by phone or message.
